A white wine with vibrantly fruity passionfruit and guava characters. Nettle, elderflower and hints of capsicum layer over a subtle background of tropical fruit characters, balanced by juicy acidity and a lick of minerality on the finish.

The iconic silver Tussock native to the New Zealand high country grows on the roof of Woollaston Estates gravity-fed winery.
