Rich, complex blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Clairette.

Semi-golden, melony colour with a nose of white flowers. Attractive palate of ripe pineapple but very well balanced by refreshing acidity. Better served not too cold to get the best out of the aromas and flavours.

Great with asparagus soup, scallops, smoked eel and even roast pork.

The Guibert family philosophy is shown in this exclusive blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Clairette, in the same way as their Daumas Gassac 'Grand Cru' wines. It comes from selected parcels of traditionally harvested grapes, tended throughout the year, which allows them to make the most balanced expression of their special terroir.

Daumas Gassac brought new ideas to the Languedoc by farming organically, using low-yielding old clone vines and planting a multitude of grape varieties to build complexity in their wines. The French magazine Gault-Milau called Daumas Gassac the "Lafite Rothschild of the Languedoc-Roussillon".
