Outrider Semillon-Chardonnay 2010

Crisp and fresh with delicate floral aromas and rich fruit expression. The base for this wine is some fantastic Semillon so unlike some house wines, this will actually improve over the course of the year. Medium bodied with a touch of sweetness and an elegant finish.

Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel retains the fresh fruit character of the wines.

Delicious as an aperitif or serve with roast chicken or pasta salads.
