Tasting notes for Langmeil Blacksmith Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
Deep, rich, black cherry colour, big tears.
Big, big nose - chocolate, menthol, pencil shavings/cigar box, coffee - very complex and deep.
Dry, big and full bodied, black fruit on open, big spice on mid-palate, ending on chocolate and coffee - fabulously smooth.

Great wine. Although full bodied, the tannins are nice and silky. There's also a lovely elegance and freshness from the acidity. A favourite with the in-laws too.
