La Granja 360º means "The farm 360" in Spanish, with the label depicting one of the farm animals.
An earthy nose with plum and a hint of eucalyptus. Complimented by light tannins on the palate, there are flavours of raspberry, smooth red cherry and even some blackberry, before a pleasant finish.
A great match for barbeque roasted pork chops, spare ribs, sausages, grilled vegetables and cheeses.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed before fermention in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then filtered and bottled.Cariñena DO, one of the oldest demarcated appellations in Europe (estd. 1932), is in Aragón, northern Spain. Its vineyards are mostly at altitudes of 400-800m and the climate is extremely continental. Cariñena (Carignan) the grape used to be dominant here before being usurped by Garnacha.
