Brilliant, deep ruby hue. Lush nose of sharp red-berried fruits leads to a fleshy palate over beguiling tannins accompanying a pleasant finish of floral notes and roasted coffee.

Fermented in stainless steel vats with ageing for one year in new French oak barrels for 33%. Prodominately Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc.

Fleur de Pedesclaux is the second wine of Château Pedesclaux, 5th growth Pauillac. The château was founded in 1810 by winebroker Pierre Urbain Pédesclaux, who operated it with his wife until 1891, when the estate was sold to the Count de Gastebois. In 1930, Lucien Jugla became tenant, and eventually purchased the Château in 1950. The estate remains in the Jugla family today.
