This classic 2010 blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep brilliant red in colour. Its generously expressive nose is one of black berried fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant. The smooth, fleshy palate lengthens to reveal creamy tannins which lend it remarkable balance.
Enjoy with barbecued meats or a well-garnished cheese board.
Vines are planted on calcareous clay. After harvest, cold maceration allows for better extraction of fruit, followed by fermentation on skins lasting 15 days. Ageing takes place in stainless steel vats for one year before bottling.
