Abadia do Seixo is made in the classic-modern style of Rías-Baixas, 100% Albariño cool-fermented in stainless steel.
Albariño is synonymous with the misty region of Rías-Baixas in Galicia, NW Spain, where it makes up 90% of plantings. The DO (appellation) is named after the flooded valleys - rías - that infiltrate the coast for distances of up to 30 kilometres.
