The frank nose of blackcurrants and charcoal leads on to a firm wash of cedar, spiced plum and earth. Fairly savoury, grown-up style, with good weight, crispness and dusty tannins. 

Enjoy on its own, with lasagna or with lamb chops and fried onions.

The 30 Mile Cabernet was sourced from various South Eastern Australian regions, including Riverina, Murray Darling and Coonawarra. Different vats were aged in one of stainless steel (to preserve juicy fruit character) or either French or American oak (to impart spicy, richer nuances) before the final, careful blending.
